Benefit Communication Program

The NYAHSA Benefit Communication Program is presented by Worksite Solutions. This program, formerly known as the Benefit and Communication Program through Beacon Benefit Communicators, has been enhanced to further develop the program through feedback from many NYAHSA members who face the challenges of retaining quality employees and dealing with the rising cost of providing benefits. The program is managed for NYAHSA Services by John A. Fenaroli, CPCU, president of Schenectady Insuring Agency.

Program Benefits

• Control the increasing cost of providing benefits
• Maximize the return on investment of the current benefits and the cost associated with them
• Provide a personalized Benefits Statement to employees, displaying the value of their total compensation
• Strengthen the employer/employee relationship by offering a well-rounded, competitive benefits plan
• Provide employees the opportunity to customize a comprehensive benefits plan complementing the existing core benefits
• Existing benefits will not change. This plan simply enhances and adds to the core benefits offered by the facility
• Assist in both the recruitment and retention of quality employees
